International Shipping, Order and Payment
Due to current strong fluctuations in costs via air- and sea freight for shipping overseas, we are unfortunately unable to have costs automatically calculated through the direct online order process. We calculate the volume and/or weight of each package manually using the most cost effective shipping options through experienced and established air- and sea freight shipping partners based on your destination, purchase and preference.
This may apply to retail as well as for wholesale purchases.
Select the item(s) you like to purchase and send us your enquiry and contact details via our Product Enquiry Form. We will  refer back to you accordingly with the total cost and shipping option(s).
Upon confirming the order, we will send you a payment link for the goods and the shipment. We will process the order once payment has been received.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GoGift Bali is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
GoGift Bali is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
